Review: US market prediction - weekly prediction for Aug 17-21

See the weekly Prediction for US market given against the backdrop of Chinese market correction and elsewhere.

 

As opposed to 79 point correction,US market gained on all remaining 4 days( +82,+62,+70,+155) with huge weekly gains.

 

On kaching account we made loss of -$25-30,k or gain of few thousand dollars. This is inspite of loss of over $250,000 on single stock FSLR which corrected sharply thsi week. Rest of portfolio rose by over $220,00. However we have not corrected for the pull down effect of Last friday's( aug 14) stocks) upon adjusting for which there wil be a net gain.

 

Pls note in the last prediction review profits may be less or neagtive since all shorted stocks  do not correspond to friday aug 21.

Weekly Prediction( aug 17-21): US markets may do much better than monday on most days. hence accumulate long trades on every deep correction as US may see gains by en d of week at least compared to lows of Monday Aug 17
