1. $ depreciated against Yen initially and then appreciated overall- from 97 to about 99 yens per dollar -CORRECT
2.$ appreciated against euro initially then depreciated overall -from E0.76 to a dollar to E0.75 per dollar( edited for mistake)-CORRECT
3. Pound sterling appreciated as opposed to prediction of $appreciation - WRONG
4. Hong kong dollar appreciated-CORRECT
