Intra day prediction of US stock market, Dow Jones Index & Nasdaq on friday August 10,2007 based on a Tarot card model

" Even as volatility continues, profits are likely to made by going long (buy) in first hour of trade and profits are likely to nearly maximized ( approx 1.30-2.30 pm) as main indices are likely to hit a intra day high between 1.30-2.30 pm (approx) and that is when a sharp and possibly temporary fall is likely .

Trading strategies for today

1. Go long on main indices especially DJIA in first hour trade if as is likely DJIA opens negative.

2. Go short around 1.30 -2.30 pm on any peak formation in chart with trailing stop loss

" Already futures market already point to negative opening. Cards indicate downtrend till approximately mid point (approx.) of the trading session today after which the market (especially Dow Jones index) could recover but accompanied by stronger volatility especially in last 2 hours of trade. A approximate V shaped intra day chart may be observed. A possibility exists that DJIA could end in positive territory.

Strategy for today: (1) Those holding short positions from Tuesday can continue to do so till mid day (approx 12.30-1.30 pm) which may be close to the lowest point of the day.

(2) Buy August futures between 12.30- 1.30 pm and hold till late afternoon .
